Stand on the Triforce tile and play the Wind's Requiem. When all switches are set to yellow, the gate underneath Link will open.
Fly up the rock pillars and fly into each and every crystal switch you see. Shoot down as many Kargoroks as you can from here.
Climb onto the southeastern part of this rocky island and use your Grappling Hook to pull yourself up (hold R and climb) on top of the plateau above the locked door. Triforce Chart 2 is found on G-5: Bird's Peak Rock. The first Triforce Chart is in the treasure chart that appears. Simply blow up the warship blocking the island's entrance, sail inside and play the Wind's Requiem while standing on the emblem on the ground. Triforce Chart 1 is found inside the Islet of Steel in B-5: Islet of Steel. You will have to do this for each one of the maps. Head to C-3: Tingle Island and pay Tingle 398 Rupees. When you find a Triforce Chart, you first have to get it deciphered, which is a slow and costly process.
